Mike and his crew found the electrical and another problem on my Polaris and got it straightened out. I can say that I am satisfied with the results and will do business with them in the future. ShareFlag12/12/2014Well I read all the reviews on this site, and still decided to give this guy "Mike" a chance. Over all I think he is very unprofessional! I think he is all about the money! I took a friend that knew more about the bike I was getting (which was use). He supposely service the bike the day before I came to get it, and we noticed the chain looked like it was soaked in oil because it was splattered some places on the bike where it look like someone rode it afterwards. The bike had some back firing after getting on the gas real hard, and Mike says "just stay in the throttle".. A real professional and mechanic would've just fixed the problem. Letting one of my friend mechanics look at it after getting it home, and so far he noticed the air filter is dirty ( but they said they serviced it).

My over all opinion is... watch this guy aka don't buy from there!ShareFlag03/19/2014He's NOT a bad guy! I have 20 years in the Powersports business and have had many dealings with Michael. Its a jump through the HOOPS business to help people who want to spend as little as possible. Then we are the bad guys when something goes wrong. Same CROOK that ran m and h suzuki. WILL highly Advice not to shop there. knows nothing about retail and dealing with customers. On the ride home it stalled some when taking off but not bad. Before 300 miles it began to give starting trouble. Before 400 miles would not start. Of course I was berated and blamed for the problem, even though they had no clue what was wrong with it and told me so. They wouldn't make it right - as is remember. They offered to work on it though - I asked them to call me before $200 worth of work, that was my limit. After 4 months and 10 calls it was ready - almost $400 to fix NEW scooter. After arguing with the owner about the whole situation he let me pay $200 to fix my NEW scooter. Before I got 3-5 miles it started doing the same thing again and you guessed it CLUNKER. They offered to work on it all I could afford - I declined.

The POS is in my basement gathering rust. I would sue but that's why I bought the thing to begin with - to save money - RIGHT. In short, they sell junk and a warranty won't help. Don't overlook the atmosphere when you go in, it is a junk hole and the people are deceitful. We try to handle all customers in a professional manner. That are just times that you can not please some people. If we treated this customer so poorly, then the correct channel to take would have been one on one. Looks like they have a future in politcs.
