pirelli motorcycle tires los angeles

Pirelli opens P Zero™ World in Los Angeles A premium tire shop focused on prestige products and services Pirelli has opened P Zero™ World, a premium tire shop focused on prestige products and services in Los Angeles, as the company recognizes this location as the perfect fit for its newest brand initiative in the United States. Located on Santa Monica Boulevard near Beverly Hills, the 750 square meters location features state-of-the-art equipment, luxury retail design, three service bays for tire changes and includes an open concept waiting area complete with iconic rare supercars, an espresso bar, and store displays to showcase Pirelli’s motorsports history, OE partnerships, the Pirelli Calendar and vintage advertising. Pirelli chose Los Angeles for its first location as it has the highest concentration of luxury and sports cars in the world. Geotargeting and advanced digital marketing approaches will be used to appropriately connect consumers with the brand and its dealers.

“Los Angeles serves as the perfect backdrop for the launch of this project, as it provides the perfect mix of business related strategic elements — such as the high concentration of prestige vehicles — with an exciting and active car culture which produces passionate consumers and tastemakers,” says Global Motorsports and Prestige Project director Paul Hembery. In the U.S. alone, the forecasted growth in the prestige segment is 11% in 2016 and Pirelli estimates its market share of the global original equipment high and very high-end car segment is approximately 50% thanks to its “perfect fit” OE philosophy: made-to-measure tires developed by the Italian group’s technicians for each specific model in cooperation with car makers’ own engineers. The new P Zero™ World is a continuation of strategy to maintain and increase Pirelli’s market share for the high and very high-end vehicle segment. Additional P Zero™ World locations are planned around areas of high concentration of high-end luxury vehicle ownership globally.

All around good tire, this is my second set, enjoy the cornering and traction I get I like the tire so far Slip slidin' away, slip slidin' awayeya! I bought a used '01 HD Dyna Low Rider with Night Dragons on front/rear that had tons of tread left. The rear tire has to be the most slippery tire I have EVER ridden on. I've been riding 15 years and have owned over 20 bikes. If you put any above normal braking on the rear, the tire lets loose.

honda motorcycle dealer flint miIf you get stuck in the rain, forget about...you're screwed.
motorcycle parts herndon va Even though the tires look nice and have a lot of tread left, I'm spending the $ now to replace both tires and not kill myself.

I read that HD recommends the Night Dragons when running Pirelli tires...they must have a financial agreement cuz the Night Dragons SUUUUCK! Exactly what I was looking for. I recently switched over from a Sport Bike to a 2012 Harley Vrod with a 240 rear tire. This tire brought back the performance and cornering I was used to even with this wide rear tire. To be fair the old tire was the original Harley tire, 4 years old and had 5000 miles on it. I now have the wide rear tire and still corner very well. The lean went from being forceful and unpredictable to smooth and controlled. I have only been on this tire for about a month and look forward to putting it through its paces. Awesome tire except for tread life This is a awesome handling and looking tire. Only drawback is I only got 3000 miles out of it. Touring bike and not driving hard. Just leisurely rides ion the back roads and highways. I feel it's 170 bucks wasted with no more life than I got out of it. Going with something a bit more durable this time.

I have a 2000 Road King, I switched from Dunlap to Metzeler 880 I had very good luck with that tire but the increased tire pressure that is recommended for my bike (not the max inflation that is on the side) does give a harder ride. I purchased 2 Pirelli Night Dragons and the ride was very good the handling was good but the wear issue I would give to the Metzeler. Performance is close on both products.I have 100,00 miles on my bike it is not unusual for me to take a trip of 4,000 miles, I have taken several. A new tire on the rear is a must before I leave. I always match my tires it is the only way, 2 rears for every front. Stock Dunlap was the worst riding tire on my bike I would tell anyone that for sure. Purchased 2010 Harley Wide glide April 2014 with only 2500 original miles. Dunlap's front and rear. First trip from San Angelo, TX. to Terlingua and back. Nearly killed myself trying to make turns. One more trip to Texas Hill Country and I had enough. Manufacture should be hung with a rope.

Harley also, for approving this product. Ordered Night Dragon front and rear. Was like night and day. Road Lubbock, Gila National Park New Mexico, Ruidoso back to Lubbock. Lots of rain and lots of heat. I trust these tires and what a confidence builder. One or two long rides and it will be time to reorder. Thanks Big Time "Pirelli Night Dragons". Ric W. Hard Ride Chronicles Way better ride then the Bridgestones that were on it. Had ordered a pair of pirelli's before and raved about them, I think I may have sold a dozen pair to my friends at Harley. Rear tire was ready to replace and I ordered another. Got it in and checked date code on tire and found out it was 3 years old...Rubber was a little hard. Definitely not as sticky as the last set. Night Dragons gave my Fat Bob a rider's edge in going through the turns that I am not as comfortable with this round. Will definitely make sure I get a fresher set next time. The tire contact patch is the only thing between you and road rash...or worse....

I've been riding for over 40 years. ride dirt, sport bikes, and Harleys. The Pirelli Night Dragons are what I buy for the street. They stick...they stop... they turn.... they are predictable. wear a bit fast, but that's the price you pay for sticky tires. My bike and I are worth the few extra dollars, and the riding is far more enjoyable when you aren't worried about the road...... I installed a front night dragon with no change in the stability. Later I put a new night dragon on the rear with drastic changes in stability. The 2008 road King cvo feels like I'm on ice. At about 65 the front starts to wobble. I never had this issue in the past. I went through several sets of dunlops on my Wide Glide and I got tired of the price and low mileage. I found Pirelli Night Dragons for a lot less, about 7 thousand miles ago. Already 2 thousand more than dunlop. I still have about 1 thousand more to go on the rear tire but came back today to buy another rear tire. as a side note I also found out that you can't run the tire on the air pressure it says on the side wall.

It makes for a rough ride. build a better tire please I have purchased several brands over the years. haven't gotten to perelli yet. My greatest wish is that some company would make a tire for the high heat of Texas roads and high torque bikes, mine is a 1854cc Yamaha Raider. Look, our weather gets @ 100 to 110 average , so the road is @ 120 to 130 . Add the increase in temperature from a high tirque bike and the average tire just will not hold up past 4000 miles before threads show up. That is also without ever doing any burn outs, just doing normal driving. Screw wet road conditions. Most guys do NOT ride in wet anyway. So PLEASE make a durable tire.i.e. if a truck tire can go 40000 why not a bike tire to REALLY do 12k? This is my second Pirelli Night Dragon rear tire that I've put on my 2013 FXDBP 103 Street Bob. The front Pirelli Night Dragon still has some life to it. Far superior to the Michelin Scorchers that were original equipment. I also had a set of Shinko whitewalls, which just plain sucked.
