motorcycle superstore arai

James (San Fransico ) My first Arai and have always been a Shoei guy. Fit is amazing, I never knew what I was missing. Plenty of room for my ears and the recessed speaker pockets promise to be comfortable on long rides. The external visor provides good relief without having to wear glasses. I thought it would be weird and clumsy but that is not the case. Be sure and lock it up by pushing back on both sides. It has not operated on its own as of yet. Air flow is as advertised, with all vents open I like the feel. Dont forget to install the pin lock shield! Temps have been in the 40's in the mornings and so far I have not a single fogging issue, great vision with a wider field of view than I am used to. Also, this helmet is lighter than my previous lid. Feels stable at highway speeds with minimal buffeting, even with the sun visor up. Glad I found this one, well worth the money and I think I will enjoy Arai for many years to come. randy (PORT ORANGE ) always wanted an Arai
Never could afford one until now. Absolutely beautiful helmet, arrived on time and packaged well. Was floored at how beautiful it was when I pulled it out of box. Fits my eyeglasses great and even fits my bigger framed sunglasses. When I bought an Arai helmet I thought I was buying the top of the food chain helmet. Let me start with the complaints. The face shield has nothing at all on it for fog! I have been ride with a Uvex for the last three years and it still does not fog up excpt for around the nose area. The first rain I ran through with this XD4 and the face shield fog up so bad I could not see anything. Open it a bit and still did not help. After the rain when I stopped for fuel I put my hand inside the helmet and was cleaning the outside of the face shield and it still fogged up! New out of the box after opening the face shield three or four times and it is scratched on the side. Really, Arai, you cannot do better than this? The XD4 is one of the noisiest helmets I have ever worn.
Again, I compare it to my Uvex. I had better find something good to say about this very expensive helmet. Riding all day and I did not have those painful little hot spots that some helmets give you. motorcycle for sale hanford caAlso, with the peek you would expect some wind to pick it up push you around. motorcycles for sale in bentonville arWith the XD4 I had very little trouble with this. motorcycle parts loomis caI have some blown disks in my neck and fighting the wind and helmet all day can be a pain in the neck, I had very little trouble with this helmet.1 motorcycle club bylaws It does vent air much better than my Uvex. motorcycle repair grants pass oregon
And it is lighter than my Uvex. Overall it is a good helmet. I am very shocked that Arai has not done something to keep their face shield from fogging up.motorcycle for sale in sorsogon Wolfgang (New Dundee )motorcycle repair bountiful Positives: Great Helmet, working Glare Shield (black coated/covered), very good Fit, Very Good Venting, great Vision (Peripheral view), beautiful flawless Finish. Negatives: The Strap is a little short, have to release it to the maximum, in order to remove helmet. The Strap covers are too short. Straps bite a little under chin. Would purchase it again. This helmet would be awesome with the Euro-style ratchet closure. Easy replacement (for something I shouldn't have to replace) Works just as advertised. So while I am a bit disappointed with Arai since this is the second time I had to order replacement ducts, if you need to do the same, these work perfectly.
Now Arai needs to figure out why they keep coming off for their next helmet update (still like the Arai and certainly would include them on my list when it's time to update). Watch us on YouTube. It has come to our attention that helmets are offered through websites and other sale channels that are branded ‘’Arai’’ by the well known oval Arai logo and letter font, but are in fact copies of genuine Arai helmets. Please be aware that only helmets offered by Arai authorized dealers are genuine Arai products and are covered by the Arai 5-years limited warranty. These helmets are packed in the white cardboard box with blue striping, original cloth Arai helmet bag, original manual, plastic warning label on the chin strap and small bottle with silicone lubricant. Where applicable genuine helmets are offered complete with Max Vision visor with separate (optional) Pinlock inlay lens packed in the box. Specific models come with the Max Vision PSS visor as standard. ) for more information.
