I really wasn't aware of the size of the collection and variety of machinery here. We didn't have anything like long enough to take it all in but had a great time. Very reasonable entry costs and pleasant welcome in. We got to say hello to Sammy and it was great. Will go back again sometime . I had the opportunity to visit the museum on 29/01 as I was staying nearby for one night. It was truly amazing walking around the extensive (350 I believe) collection of motorcycles and other items. It was interesting to see a number of restored types that I had owned at different stages. There is also a good quality cafeteria on... Step back in time to view motorcycles that have raced the TT since 1907. Beautifully displayed on two floors with avid detail of each bike. Old seeing machines and beautiful radios add an ambience... The museum came to life because of the way things were laid out with Sammy's life story and other exhibits.
